Everton have returned with a £25million bid for Palace winger Yannick Bolasie after an £18million bid was rejected, according to Bleacher Report’s Dean Jones.

Due to Bolasie’s importance to the London club, they are said to be holding out for at least £30million though Everton will test their resolve with a £25m bid as they look to bolster their squad ahead of the new season.

With the sale of John Stones as well as the money already promised to Ronald Koeman by Farhad Moshiri, Everton will now look to pay whatever it takes to land their targets before the transfer window closes at the beginning of September.
The Democratic Republic of Congo international has only scored five goals in 79 appearances for the Eagles and has impressed on many occasions at Goodison in recent years.
Everton are also hoping to tie up deals for Ashley Williams and Lamine Kone as Koeman’s new-look squad begins to come together.
