Everton are reportedly prepared to pay €25 million for Firoentina forward Nikola Kalinic.
According to Sky Italia, as cited today by Football Italia, the Toffees are looking to step up their pursuit to sign a new striker, and have identified Kalinic as a man to fill the void.
Romelu Lukaku’s big money move to Manchester United has left a big hole in Everton’s front line. Ronald Koeman has very few established forwards available to him in Sandro Ramirez and Wayne Rooney, with Ademola Lookman also capable of playing up top.
However, it appears as though Kalinic is a man under serious consideration this month, with Everton keen to add a prolific goal scorer to replace the Belgian.
The powerful forward is claimed to be keen on a move to AC Milan this summer but with the two Serie A sides struggling to reach an agreement, Kalinic may be forced to look elsewhere if he is seeking an exit.
