Everton, Brighton and Tottenham fighting to sign Spain international
Everton are reportedly prepared to lock horns with Tottenham Hotspur and Brighton in the race to sign Spain international Rodrigo.
The attacker is currently plying his trade with Valencia and has been in a good spell of form throughout the season. Rodrigo has led the line well for the La Liga side and as a result of this, has attracted interest from elsewhere.
According to a report from Italian news source Calciomercato, the trio of Everton, Spurs and Brighton are all considering a summer move for Rodrigo as he continues to impress.
Rodrigo has found the net on 16 occasions in all competitions this season and is a talisman for Marcelino’s side in La Liga. Valencia are battling to qualify for the Champions League next season and they will be desperate to retain the services of their star striker.
However, the allure of the Premier League could be something that Rodrigo considers, with potential suitors queuing up ahead of the summer transfer window.
