Everton are reportedly keeping a close eye on Dijon striker Wesley Said.
According to claims from French news outlet Le10 Sport, the Toffees have recently sent scouts to watch Said in action for his side.
The promising attacker has enjoyed a good season in Ligue 1 with Dijon and his impressive displays have evidently not gone unnoticed. Said has netted nine goals from only 19 starts in the top tier of French football this term.
Everton have been linked with a number of players ahead of the summer transfer window and Said joins an ever-growing list, with Le10 Sport reporting that the Merseyside outfit are closely monitoring the 22-year-old’s progress out in France.
Said is deemed as a hugely promising, young player in Ligue 1 and Dijon are unlikely to be keen on parting company with such a crucial asset to their first-team.
However, interest in Said is only increasing, with both Everton and Valencia reportedly scouting the versatile forward.
