PSV technical director Marcel Brands is already planning his first Everton transfer with a move to Goodison Park imminent.
The Sunday Mirror, as cited by Sky Sports, claims that Hirving Lozano is being lined up as the club’s first summer transfer.
The Mexican winger has played a key role in PSV’s title success this season in the Eredivisie.
The 22-year-old has netted 18 times in all competitions for the Dutch side and is being primed to move on to bigger and better things this summer.

Despite only joining PSV in 2017 from Pachuca, Lozano is already being linked with big-money moves.
The news that Brands is expected to join the club has raised questions over the immediate future of Steve Walsh, who himself has not been at Goodison Park for very long since joining from Leicester City.
Lozano could well be the start of a busy summer transfer window for the Toffees.
