Tottenham and Chelsea are set to return for Ross Barkley in the January transfer window.
According to The Telegraph, the Champions League sides are both ready to make another move for Barkley in the new year.
Neither side were able to secure a move for Barkley in the summer, despite Chelsea coming very close.
Chelsea had a £35m bid accepted by Everton on deadline day but Barkley rejected the move at the last-minute, potentially hoping for a move to Tottenham.
The report now claims that Tottenham are the frontrunners and that Barkley will only cost £20m in January.
This is due to him being in the last year of his contract at Everton. If he fails to get a move in January he could move on a free next summer.
Barkley is currently nursing an injury but the report claims that he should return to fitness during the January window.
