Everton midfielder Muhamed Bešić will sign for Middlesbrough on loan after a permanent move fell through earlier today, according to reports.
The 25-year old Bosnian had looked likely to complete a switch to the Riverside Stadium for around £6million, but after failing to agree personal terms or agent fees before the transfer window deadline at 5pm, the deal appeared dead.
However, now it appears that the Bosnia & Herzegovina international will join Boro after all, however it will be on a season-long loan deal instead.

That is according to Telegraph journalist Chris Bascombe on Twitter, who confirms that Bešić will rejoin the side he spent the last six months on loan with.
Having joined the club in January, Bešić fast became a fan favourite for Boro last season, scoring once in 17 appearances in all competitions.
