Tosun exit rumours rubbished as striker set to stay at Everton
Everton striker Cenk Tosun will stay at Goodison Park and is still fully committed to the club despite rumours linking him with a move to Besiktas, according to a report on Turkish Football.
The news outlet claims that Tosun is happy at the Merseyside club and despite struggling to score goals so far this season, he is still a big part of Marco Silva’s plans.
Tosun managed to find the back of the net in the Premier League against Fulham and Silva is confident that he can get himself into some good goalscoring form soon.
The publication also states that Tosun has not had any sort of negotiations with his former club over a possible move in January.
The 27-year-old has lost his place in the starting XI recently but he is ready to work hard and win back his place in the team.
The forward is in the Turkey squad for their upcoming matches with Bosnia and Russia and he is expected to feature in both.
