Richarlison reportedly missed training on Thursday, sparking suggestions that he could be an early injury concern for Everton ahead of Sunday’s Premier League clash with Chelsea at Stamford Bridge.
The 21-year old Brazil international has been a revelation for the Toffees this season since signing from Watford in a deal worth £40million in the summer, scoring six goals in nine Premier League appearances.
The winger-cum-striker scored a brace against Brighton & Hove Albion last weekend while playing as Everton’s lone striker, a role he has seemingly grown into in recent weeks.
However, according to reports, the former Fluminese man could be set to miss Sunday’s key game against Chelsea.
Sky Sports reporter Alan Myers broke the news on Twitter on Thursday evening, claiming that Richarlison didn’t train that day.

While Myers didn’t say Richarlison would definitely be out of action this weekend, he did pose the question.
Should Richarlison miss out, it will be up to Marco Silva to decide whether Cenk Tosun or Dominic Calvert-Lewin should be the preferred option to deputise.
