German giants Bayern Munich are reportedly ready to step up their pursuit of Everton target Thorgan Hazard, according to Kicker.

The German outlet, as cited by Mirror Online, claim that Bayern consider the Belgian playmaker to be a long-term replacement for Arjen Robben and Franck Ribéry, with both wide-men set to depart the Bavarians at the end of the season.

Everton meanwhile see Hazard as a marquee appointment, with manager Marco Silva keen to add more goals to his side in the January transfer window.

However, given the 25-year old’s good form and dynamic first half of the season, Borussia Monchengladbach are unlikely to see their star man go on the cheap, with Hazard’s contract set to expire in 2020.
