Walcott and Schneiderlin both out for weeks with injuries
Both Theo Walcott and Morgan Schneiderlin will miss Everton’s fixtures against Manchester United, Leicester City Arsenal and Burnley as they both have calf injuries.
As reported by Paddy Boyland of The Athletic, Walcott will be out for three weeks, meaning he’ll miss the above fixtures, plus the games against, Newcastle and Manchester City.
Schneiderlin’s injury seems a bit less serious and he is expected to be out for a fortnight, meaning he could return for the game away at Newcastle on December 28th, although that is by no means a guarantee.

Everton have got a lot of games to play over the next few weeks so losing two-first team players through injury is far from ideal.
Neither Walcott or Schneiderlin are players who are expected to start every game but at a time when rotation is required, having the duo unavailable is far from ideal for caretaker manager Duncan Ferguson, nor whoever comes in as the club’s permanent manager.
The Blues have some tricky fixtures coming up and things have just become a bit more difficult for whoever is in the dugout.
