With him seeing the possibility and potential of the club, it fills Toffees fans with confidence about the future.
When you look at the current squad and the prospect of the new stadium – we may finally see Everton become the top four club it can be.
Tonight, however, marks a real point to prove for Ancelotti and his side in their aim for European football.
The Europa League could be a great start and beating Spurs could take them in a much better position for that.
