# Calum Dyson’s move to Plymouth Argyle stalls

Calum Dyson’s loan move to Plymouth Argyle has stalled according to Beren Cross of the Plymouth Herald.

The young forward, who caught the eye of many last season was believed to be closing in on a loan move to the recently promoted League One side.

As it stands it is unclear as to why the move has fallen through. The forward even pulled out of a friendly to ensure he was fit enough to complete a temporary move to Argyle.

Dyson spent the second half of last season on loan at Grimsby and the club were keen to send him out on loan again this season to continue his development.

A number of League One clubs were thought to be interested and are now likely to pounce to try and sign the player on loan.
