# Everton fans react excitedly to Richarlison’s goalscoring form

Having struggled to perform in the opening games of the new season, Richarlison seems to have finally kicked himself into gear.

The Brazilian drew blanks in front of goal against Crystal Palace, Watford and Aston Villa in Everton’s first three Premier League fixtures, and his overall play wasn’t great either.

However, following a mid-week Carabao Cup goal against Lincoln City to open his account for the season, the 22-year old bagged a brace at Goodison Park last Sunday as the Toffees beat Wolves 3-2.

Richarlison looked full of confidence as the Blues claimed their second win of the season, taking them onto seven points from four games.

[Taking to Twitter](https://twitter.com/TheBlueRoomEFC/status/1168773263092310016), several Everton fans voiced their approval of Richarlison’s up-turn in form, with many looking forward to seeing what he can do during this new campaign.

### Read Everton Verdict

Richarlison really was poor in the opening few games of the season so it really is good to see his form taking a step in the right direction.

He’s scoring good goals too. Both the header against Lincoln and the one against Wolves was well taken, showing natural forward instinct, and it spells good times ahead if he can maintain this form through the international break.

Everton’s next two games are against Bournemouth and Sheffield United, giving Everton the best possible opportunity to continue accumulating points and scoring goals.
