# Everton reportedly tracking Vida

Everton are reportedly keen on making a move for Dynamo Kiev defender Domagoj Vida this summer.

According to an short exclusive report from Italian news outlet [Calciomercato](https://www.calciomercato.com/news/everton-non-perde-di-vista-un-croato-27887), the Toffees are looking to bring the Croatian to Goodison Park in the summer transfer window after his continuously impressive performances out in Ukraine.

Vida is a mainstay in the Croatia national team and has always been an impressive figure in defence for them, attracting plenty of interest over the years.

The 27-year-old has made 42 appearances for club and country this season, contributing with two goals for Dynamo Kiev in the league.

The report claims that Serie A outfits Inter Milan and Torino had previously kept an eye on Vida but their interest has clearly not materialised, whilst Sunderland were previously [claimed](https://www.mirror.co.uk/sport/football/transfer-news/sunderland-plan-new-transfer-move-9210783) to have pursued the powerful Croatian.

Ronald Koeman could be looking to bolster his defensive reinforcements at Everton this summer and Vida may be a player on his radar.
