# Should Everton sign Michael Keane?

Today, Sky Sports broke the news that Burnley defender and Everton target Michael Keane wants to leave Turf Moor this summer.

The Toffees have been sniffing around Keane for some time now and have expressed their interest on a number of occasions, with Burnley expected to do everything in their power to keep hold of their prized asset.

However, given that he is now likely to make a move elsewhere this summer, the Clarets are being backed into a corner and could be forced to allow Keane to seek pastures new.

Everton boss Ronald Koeman is a known admirer of the England international and will almost certainly be looking to bolster his defensive options this summer, meaning that a move for the defender could definitely be on the cards.

However, the main question going through the Toffees fans’ minds would be whether or not Keane would be a good signing.
