So far this year the Chinese Super League has already made some high-profile signings with Fredy Guarin, Ramires, Alex Teixeira and many others deciding to leave their clubs and head east.

The Express are reporting that Jagielka is out of contract in 2018 and would be seen as quite the coup for any Chinese Super League side. The Chinese Super League transfer window stays open until the 26th of February but it is unlikely that Jagielka will leave Everton during this transfer window.

Although the England international has struggled for fitness this season, he has settled well back into the side helping Ramiro Funes Mori grow from strength to strength and allowing John Stones a well-deserved break on the bench. With Euro 2016 just around the corner, it would be extremely unlikely for Jagielka to jeopardise his place by moving to China.
