# Everton vs Spurs – Predicted XI

So, here we go again. The Premier League kicks off, in what looks to be the most exciting lineup of both players and managers we have ever seen, and the North West region looks to have the strongest of them all.

Klopp, Guardiola, Mourinho … Koeman.

Focusing on the Everton contingent is why we’re all here, though, as Koeman kicks off his reign against Spurs, last year’s second most surprising team as they qualified for the CL under Argentine Mauricio Pochettino, as Martinez’ Everton slumped to another disappointing season, culminating in the sacking of the Spaniard.

It’s a bit odd, not seeing Martinez associated with us anymore. Nice, but odd. We instead have the highest profile signing Everton have made in the last 20 years, and he’s not even a player. The legendary centre-half begins his serious reign as the Blues’ boss on Saturday, so let’s have a look at who he entrusts with getting him his first 3 points, and my Key Man for the week…
