# Everton 3-4 Stoke: Five Things We Learned

Everton vs Stoke was a completely deflating experience. 1-0 down, 2-1 down, 3-2 up and then eventually losing 4-3. Classic Everton. What other team scores 3 goals at home and still manages to lose?

Our defending, or lack thereof, cost us dearly and yet again 3 points was squandered.

Is Martinez to blame? Is it the players? Or a combination of both?

Read our five things we learned and find out our views on the game.
