# Opposition Danger Men: Swansea City

Both Everton and Swansea have something to prove as they face off at Goodison Park this week. Everton will need to start picking up more points if they are to reach their goal of European qualification whilst Swansea desperately need points if they are to claw themselves out of the relegation zone.

Everton currently lie in seventh place with 18 points after 11 games. Swansea meanwhile, sit second from bottom on five points, having only won a single game so far this season.

The last round of Premier League fixtures are best forgotten, especially for Everton fans. The Toffees were humiliated and dismantled by Chelsea, losing 5-0 in embarrassing fashion. Swansea also fell in disappointing fashion, providing a feeble opposition to Manchester United, who ended a winless run with a 3-1 victory over the Swans.

So here we look at the three Swansea players who could prove to be the biggest thorns in Everton’s proverbial side, and the one player who will be of most value to Ronald Koeman’s side if Everton are to emerge from the dust with all three points secured.

Let us know down below who you think Everton’s most important player will be.
