# Virals: Everton named among clubs interested in Daniel Jebbison

[Everton](https://readeverton.com/2021/12/02/pundits-lament-everton-display-as-seamus-coleman-suffers-disaster/) have been named among the clubs chasing Sheffield United striker Daniel Jebbison.

The 18-year-old is reportedly attracting interest from numerous clubs following a [strong start](https://www.sofascore.com/player/daniel-jebbison/1096136) to life on loan at Burton Albion.

Jebbison also [scored against the Blues last season](https://www.transfermarkt.co.uk/daniel-jebbison/leistungsdatendetails/spieler/746740/saison/2020/wettbewerb/GB1/verein/350) in the Premier League and was hailed as a [‘shining light’](https://www.examinerlive.co.uk/sport/football/news/richards-sheffield-united-jebbison-newcastle-20634700) for the soon to be relegated Blades by Micah Richards.

According to a report from [TEAMtalk](https://www.teamtalk.com/sheffield-united/exclusive-striker-preparing-for-january-move-with-liverpool-everton-west-ham-all-keen), as cited by [The Bladesman](https://twitter.com/The_Bladesman) on Twitter, Everton are amongst the leading suitors for the teenager.

The report details an in-depth [interview](https://www.thestar.co.uk/sport/football/sheffield-united/jimmy-floyd-hasselbaink-hopes-sheffield-united-leave-daniel-jebbison-at-burton-albion-for-season-after-recall-option-admission-3475005) with Burton manager Jimmy Floyd Hasselbaink whereby the Dutch legend suggests Jebbison could return to his parent club in January.

Any recall to Yorkshire could be followed by major interest from European giants as a plethora of clubs ‘track’ the [England Under 19](https://www.transfermarkt.co.uk/daniel-jebbison/nationalmannschaft/spieler/746740/verein_id/21340) ace’s progress.

So far this season the Canada-born starlet has [scored six times](https://www.transfermarkt.co.uk/daniel-jebbison/leistungsdaten/spieler/746740) in 16 appearances for the League One club.

### READ EVERTON VERDICT

Wanted by the likes of [Liverpool](https://readliverpoolfc.com/2021/12/02/alan-hutton-praises-brilliant-diogo-jota-development-since-joining-liverpool/), West Ham, Bayern Munich and Borussia Dortmund, Everton are wise to be attentive to the situation.

Clearly a player with an eye for goal, Rafa Benitez should be weighing up a swoop for Jebbinson in the winter window, especially with a [misfiring Salomon Rondon](https://www.sofascore.com/player/salomon-rondon/35532) now injured.

Valued at just £900,000 ([Transfermarkt](https://www.transfermarkt.co.uk/daniel-jebbison/marktwertverlauf/spieler/746740)), given the financial fair play constraints placed on the club, the teenage sensation will be one of the few viable targets.
