According to a report in Dutch paper De Telegraaf by the respected journalist Marcel van der Kraan, Louis van Gaal will still be Manchester United manager next season and he will be given a transfer budget of €100million, of which he plans to use the majority to sign Romelu Lukaku from Everton.
The report indicates that Lukaku is the number one target for United this summer, although they’ll have to beat the likes of Bayern Munich and Juventus to his signature with both clubs also reportedly keen on signing him.

The Belgian has been in fantastic form for the Toffees this season, scoring 25 goals in 38 appearances in all competitions.
Such form obviously attracts the interest of some of the biggest clubs from across the continent and also domestically and with Everton still looking a way off from securing Champions League football, there is every chance that the striker could look to move.
