German national team coach Joachim Low is interested in taking over at Everton, according to reports.
Roberto Martinez looks set to leave the club after a second successive poor season, with fan unrest growing.
Majority shareholder Farhad Moshiri and chairman Bill Kenwright reportedly met on Friday, with the Catalonian’s position as manager being brought into question.
The Blues are set to finish in the bottom half of the table and have the second worst home record in the league, second only to the abysmal Aston Villa.
The Toffees have been linked to a whole host of managers such as Manuel Pellegrini, Ronald Koeman and Frank De Boer but Joachim Low is the latest name added to the list.

The FIFA World Cup winning manager is reportedly interested in the job, but would only be convinced if the funds were there to turn Everton into Champions League contenders. With Farhad Moshiri now at the helm, the Iranian will reportedly make funds available with figures up to £100million being mentioned.
The German would take charge after Euro 2016, similar to that of Antonio Conte who will take over at Chelsea after the competition.
It comes as a welcome surprise that the club are targeting high-profile managers, with fans calling for the board to aim high and show ambition to take the club forward.
