Everton have offered Ronald Koeman £7million per year to manage the club with the promise of £100million in transfer funds, as well as what Lukaku sells for, according to the Mirror.
The Dutchman has been pursued by Everton majority shareholder Farhad Moshiri since the sacking of Roberto Martinez, but only recently was there a breakthrough in talks. Koeman originally committed himself to Southampton but it is thought that the finances Moshiri is willing to pump into the club have convinced him to consider the Toffee’s.

The report explains that the Everton hierarchy are confident such a deal will be enough to see him swap the South Coast for the North West, with even further promises of a bigger capacity stadium in the near future.
Everton will have to pay a small compensation fee of around £3m but the club have clearly flexed their new financial muscles and have shown that money is not an issue in any case.
Previous reports explained that the club were hoping to have positive developments before the weekend which would explain the sudden movement on the managerial front, with an announcement possibly made over the weekend.
Should the Dutchman join the club, his first priorities will be to sort out the futures of John Stones and Romelu Lukaku while removing the deadwood of the squad and rebuilding the club.
