According to the Daily Mail, Hull City are in talks to sign Everton forward Oumar Niasse.
The report says that Hull City are in talks to sign Niasse on loan, as they look to bolster their squad for the Premier League season. Hull’s squad is paper thin at the moment, with only 12 fit senior first-team players.

Hull have yet to make a signing this summer but are hoping that Niasse can be their first arrival. This will come as good news to Everton, who have been looking to offload Niasse this summer.
Niasse joined Everton in January for £13.5m, but struggled to get off the mark for the Toffees. He failed to score a single goal and now looks set for a summer exit. Hull appear to be the front-runners at this point, and will be hoping to conclude a loan deal for the striker in the coming days/weeks.
