West Ham have been linked with a January move for Bournemouth striker Callum Wilson but they will face competition from Everton for his signature, according to a report from Adrian Kajumba of The Mirror,
Ronald Koeman reportedly wants to bring the 24-year-old to Goodison Park to offer some more firepower alongside the prolific Romelu Lukaku.
Bournemouth will be in no hurry to sell their star man having only recently tied him down to a new contract that runs up until 2020, but it’s thought that they would entertain bids of around £20million as they feel they’d be able to get an adequate replacement and still make a profit.
West Ham are keen to sign Wilson as their current forward options are either playing extremely poorly or are injury prone and if Everton do want to sign him, they’ll have to persuade him that a move to Merseyside is better for him than a move to East London.
