The 19-year-old becomes the Toffees ninth summer signing, and arrives at Goodison Park with great aspirations about what he can achieve.
Everton boss Ronald Koeman got a taste of what the young starlet can do as his side knocked Hadjuk Split out of the Europa League, but says he was impressed by Vlasic.

The Croatian has represented his country and every youth level, and has even made one appearance in the national first-team.
He made his Split debut in 2014, and has since gone on to make 120 appearances for the side, scoring on 13 occasions.
Everton are still believed to be in the market for a forward and a left-back, however this arrival will be one for the future, very much like the signing of Henry Onyekuru from Eupen earlier in the window.
