Everton are reportedly in talks to sign Arsenal forward Lucas Perez, however, a fee is yet to be agreed between the two sides.
Ed Aarons of the Guardian also reports that Newcastle are keen on the striker, but again a fee is yet to be agreed by either party.
Everton are said to still be in the market for a striker, despite adding Wayne Rooney and Sandro Ramirez to their ranks already this summer.
Lucas Perez hasn’t quite had the desired effect at Arsenal, since his £17.1m move from La Liga outfit Deportivo.

Since his arrival last summer, the Spaniard has scored seven goals in 21 appearances for the Gunners.
With the arrival of Alexandre Lacazette at the Emirates, Perez’s stay in North London was seemingly brought to an end, as he fell behind Olivier Giroud, Danny Welbeck and Alexis Sanchez in the pecking order.
And now, Everton boss Ronald Koeman is looking to give the 28-year-old an escape route, in order to revive his career and prove himself as a Premier League striker.
