According to Sport Witness, Everton are looking to snap up Oguzhan Ozyakup for a free as his contract runs out at the end of the season.
Ozyakup has been linked with a move to the English top flight for some time now, but a move never came to fruition, however, Everton are looking to bring him in on a free transfer next season by signing him in January on a pre-contract agreement, as his current deal runs out at the end of the current campaign.
With the disappointment of new signing Davy Klaassen, who looks likely to leave on loan in January, Everton are looking to replace the Dutchman with the Turkey international.

If Besiktas don’t agree a new contract with the midfielder quickly, Everton will be hot on the heels of Ozyakup, who joined the Turkish side in 2012 for €600K from Arsenal.
Ozyakup has helped Besiktas win back-to-back Turkish title wins with 195 appearances for the club, in which where he grabbed 27 goals and 44 assists.
