Everton have long been linked with a move for Inter Milan midfielder Marcelo Brozovic.
It’s been claimed in the last two transfer windows that the Toffees have expressed an interest in bringing the combative midfielder to Merseyside. However, their attempts are said to have been repeatedly rebuffed, with Luciano Spalletti regarding the Croatian international as a key player still.
It appears that Inter’s stance on Brozovic could be about to change, though, as the summer transfer window rapidly approaches. According to a report from Italian news outlet TMW, the Serie A giants will demand a fee of €20 million for the midfielder.

Everton have chased Brozovic’s signature for some time now and the quoted sum does appear to be an affordable one for the Toffees should they opt to kick on with their pursuit of the 25-year-old.
Since his move from Dinamo Zagreb, Brozovic has shown only glimpses of quality in an Inter shirt and it seems their patience with the player has finally come to an end.
Inter would “like to sell” the Croatian in the summer, as per Tuttosport, and Everton could well be on red alert if the report is to be believed.
