Everton are competing with a number of German sides for 17-year-old Hamburg defender Josha Vagnoman, according to ESPN FC.
After making his senior debut at the age of 17 years and three months against giants Bayern Munich, Vagnoman is considered one of the brightest young talents in Europe.
The second youngest player in the history of the Bundesliga can play in both full-back positions, with his deal at Hamburg set to expire this summer.
Hamburg have offered the youngster a new deal, however, they look set to receive a number of offers for the Germany Under-17 international this summer.

Vagnoman’s rapid progress has gained him other admirers in the Premier League, such as Chelsea and Arsenal, who could also make moves for the defender.
Everton’s new director of football Marcel Brands is keen to bring some the best talent on the continent to Goodison Park, and Vagnoman seems like a good place to start given that they are looking to improve the full-back areas.
