Porto say that anyone interested in striker Moussa Marega this summer must pay his €40million release clause if they wish to sign him.
The Malian forward has been linked with Everton in recent weeks, and now Portuguese sources are claiming that if the Toffees do decide to firm up their interest, they’ll need to spend well to get their man.
Marega scored 22 goals in 29 league appearances for the Dragons last season, which has understandably seen his stock rise across Europe.
Now, the 27-year old Mali international wants to leave the Estádio do Dragão, but Porto aren’t willing to let him go cheaply.

The €40million release clause is according to Portuguese outlet Jornal de Notícias, as cited by Sport Witness, who claim that Everton and West Ham are two interested parties.
Everton are thought to be in the market for a new forward this season, with Oumar Niasse’s future up in the air.
If the Blues do intend on challenging next season, they will need to strengthen their options up front, and Marega could be an option.
