Everton are one of three Premier League sides interested in a move for German international Mario Gotze, with Arsenal and West Ham also keen.
Sky Sports claim that the player is in demand with Dortmund ready to sell this summer.
Dortmund want to recoup a large sum of the £22 million they spent on the player to re-sign him from Bayern Munich.

Bayern signed the player to become a key figure in Pep Guardiola’s side during his time there, but Gotze struggled to make the step up on a consistent basis.
There is also thought to be interest from European sides with Valencia and Marseille admirers of the player.
Gotze has struggled to live up to expectation following his famous goal that won Germany the World Cup.
Injuries and illness have got the better of him since his return to Dortmund, where he has failed to make an impact.
Marco Silva is looking to put his own stamp on the Everton squad and a deal to sign Gotze would be considered a coup for the new Toffees boss.
