Everton have been boosted in their chances of completing a deal for Hirving Lozano after Marcel Brands was told he is able to sign players from PSV.
The Liverpool Echo confirm that Brands has been given the green light to raid his former club following his move to Everton.
As with moves like this, there are sometimes deals or agreements put in place from the former club to stop players following them out of the door, but this does not appear to be the case here.

Lozano is just one PSV player to be linked with a move to Goodison Park, but interest is expected to rise in the Mexican following the World Cup.
The winger impressed against Germany in their opening game, scoring the winning goal and bigger teams are expected to take note.
The 22-year-old enjoyed an incredible first season in the Eredivisie, scoring 17 times in a title-winning season for PSV.
