Everton are reportedly interested in Serie A defender Gian Marco Ferrari, according to Calcio Mercato.
Ferrari was signed by Sassuolo before the 2016-17 season, and was immediately loaned to Crotone.
A strong season in Serie B was rewarded with another loan spell at Sampdoria, this time in the top-flight.

After 30 appearances for Sampdoria last season, a pair of Premier League clubs are now evaluating their chances of landing the 26-year-old on a permanent deal.
One of those clubs is Everton, where new manager Marco Silva looks to find Michael Keane a partner at centre-half for the upcoming campaign.
Should Sassuolo be willing to say goodbye to the uncapped defender, Calcio Mercato report that a fee of €8-10 million would be enough to bring Ferrari to England.
With West Ham the other Premier League outfit said to be keen on signing Ferrari, Everton could face additional competition from Russian club Spartak Moscow.
