The Nigerian forward spent last season on loan at RSC Anderlecht following his move to Everton from Eupen and he endured a difficult time, coming in for criticism from his manager at the club.
It’s believed that Everton are now keen for Onyekuru to continue gaining valuable first-team experience elsewhere and they have made the decision to offload the youngster to Galatasaray on a temporary basis.

The 21-year-old will be hoping to flourish in the Turkish top-flight as he looks to make his way back into the Nigerian national squad, also, after being omitted by Gernot Rohr from the 23-man selection for the World Cup.
Everton beat a host of clubs to the signing of Onyekuru in 2017 and will be keen to monitor his progress with Galatasaray.
