Everton are believed to be demanding a fee in the region of £28 million from RB Leipzig for Ademola Lookman.
Sky Sports reports that the Toffees have rejected a club-record bid from RB Leipzig, who want to bring the player back to Germany.
The Bundesliga outfit were said to be offering £22 million for the player, but Everton want closer to £28 million, including add-ons.

Marco Silva is keen to keep the player at the club beyond the end of the month, but it has been suggested that he may prefer to join Leipzig on a permanent basis.
Lookman joined Leipzig on loan back in February after finding it hard to break through under Sam Allardyce.
He was known to enjoy his time in the Bundesliga and became a hit in Germany.
The new Everton boss is keen to keep hold of the player, who was an unused substitute against Southampton at the weekend.
