Marco Silva is determined not to lose Ademola Lookman to RB Leipzig on a permanent basis this summer.
The Times report that the club will rebuff any efforts from the Bundesliga side to sign the player.
It was widely reported that Leipzig were willing to pay around £22 million to sign the player on a permanent basis.
The club saw enough of the winger during his time on loan in the Bundesliga to shell out what would be a club-record fee.

Various reports have suggested that the player himself would be keen to return to Germany following his time abroad.
Everton are aware that the impending departure of Yannick Bolasie will see Lookman rise up the pecking order at the club.
The latter is believed to be closing in on a loan move to the Championship, with both Aston Villa and Middlesbrough keen to add him to their squads.
