Everton are facing a number of injury problems early in the season, with five players unavailable through injury for Saturday’s match against Huddersfield, according to 101 Great Goals.
On top of those ailed players, manager Marco Silva is also missing new signing and recent Brazilian call-up Richarlison, who will serve a three match ban following his red card against Bournemouth for violent conduct.

Starting with Idrissa Gana Gueye sprained his knee during the Bournemouth game, and was left out of Wednesday’s Carabao Cup clash with Rotherham United.
Elsewhere in the midfield, new acquisition Andre Gomes must wait to make his Everton debut after suffering a setback in his return from a hamstring issue.
Another arrival will also have to be patient, as free agent signing Bernard picked up a muscle strain during a training session.
Young forward Ademola Lookman’s miserable summer looks set to get worse as his failure to force a move has been compounded with a groin problem, and club captain Phil Jagielka has been sidelined through knee cartilage trouble.
Silva will be compelled to look further into his squad to find cover, and Everton fans might be able to get a look at a few players they otherwise might miss.
