Everton are unlikely to have Theo Walcott available for their upcoming Premier League fixture against West Ham United, according to the Telegraph.
The Toffees were hopeful of Walcott’s chances of returning to full fitness ahead of the encounter with the Hammers, with the experienced winger nursing a rib injury.
However, it seems the West Ham clash will come too soon for Walcott, who has not yet fully recovered from an injury he sustained in Everton’s 1-1 draw against Huddersfield Town prior to the international break.

Walcott has enjoyed a strong start to the campaign and will undoubtedly be left frustrated by the knock he is currently nursing, with Ademola Lookman now reportedly set to be handed his first Premier League start under Marco Silva.
Although the 29-year-old is set to sit out of the game against West Ham, it’s reported by the Telegraph that Walcott is hopeful of being fit for Everton’s following encounter with his former club Arsenal at the Emirates Stadium.
