PSV are demanding a price of €60 million for winger Hirving Lozano.
Sport claim that the Dutch outfit are not willing to let the Mexican star leave without sufficient financial compensation, after the 23-year-old announced himself on the world stage in Russia.
Scoring the only goal against Germany in his nation’s memorable 1-0 win, Lozano’s strong performance caught the eye of many clubs across Europe – including Everton.

Although Marco Silva’s side were unable to land Lozano’s signature, Toffees fans shouldn’t rule out the possibility of another bid being launched in January.
Everton are far from alone in their courtship of Lozano, however. With Barcelona, Manchester United, and Borussia Dortmund also said to covet the forward, the Merseysiders may have a considerable fight on their hands to seal a switch for the Pachuca youth product.
Factor in the signings of Richarlison and Bernard from the summer, and it may well be the case Silva opts to stick with his current hand.
