Everton will face competition from Premier League rivals Tottenham in their pursuit of Mexican winger Hirving Lozano.
According to the Mirror, Spurs have been alerted by the player after keeping a watchful eye on him during their Champions League group.
Lozano was widely expected to move on from PSV over the summer, with Barcelona particularly keen on signing him.
The winger impressed at the World Cup in Russia to follow up a standout season in the Eredivisie.

Lozano scored 19 goals in 34 games across all competitions in what was his first season in European football.
However, he remained with PSV for the upcoming season, but interest is already beginning to rise.
With a host of clubs already keeping tabs on his development, Spurs are in for a tough test if they want to land the player.
Mauricio Pochettino will be able to get a close-up look at the player when the two sides meet in the Champions League.
