Andre Gomes is unlikely to be an Everton player next year.
The midfielder has been struggling with a hamstring injury since his arrival on Merseyside in August, and made his first start against Crystal Palace last weekend.
The Portuguese international played a full ninety minutes against Manchester United on Sunday, and looked impressive in the centre of the park.

Toffees fans have waited a while to see the Barcelona man in action, but they might do well not to get used to the sight of the 25-year-old in an Everton shirt.
A report from HITC claims that the deal to send Gomes to Everton does not include a permanent clause or ‘option to buy’, meaning the box-to-box contributor will be heading back to Catalunya at the end of the season.
Gomes won’t come cheap either, with the report going on to say that the loanee has a release clause of £89 million built into his Barca deal.
