Everton defender Kurt Zouma has been hailed as one of the best in the world by an ex-Fiorentina scout.
Italian scout Fabrizio Bertuzzi, who was speaking to Tribal Football, explains that he believes Maurizio Sarri could benefit from having the Frenchman back at Stamford Bridge.
Sarri has shown that he knows how to build players. I would always choose the ‘colonel’ Zouma. I still have in my mind the Under 20 World Cup he won in 2013, along with Pogba, Veretout, Thauvin. I am very glad he has been called by Deschamps. If he manages to return to rapidity he always shown, I think he still is one of the best defenders in the world.
Zouma joined Everton on loan from Chelsea after falling out of favour at Stamford Bridge.
He arrived at the club after spending last season on loan at Stoke City, where despite doing relatively well, he was unable to prevent them from dropping down into the Championship.

Zouma joined Chelsea as a highly-rated youngster and broke into the first-team squad during Jose Mourinho’s time at the club.
It looked like he was going to cement himself as a regular at the back before a nasty injury saw him sat on the sidelines for some time.
Zouma has since managed to get his career back on track and has recently won a call-up to the French senior squad after an impressive start to the season.
