Crystal Palace are rivalling Everton in the race to sign Inter Milan centre-forward Gabriel Barbosa.
Palace are thought to be in talks over a loan deal for Gabriel, providing Everton stern competition for his signature.
According to Tutto Mercato Web, Everton are keen to sign Gabriel and have made an approach to Inter as they look to secure a January deal.
Gabriel joined Inter for €30m in 2016 but failed to make an impact in Italy and has been loaned out to Santos in Brazil, where he has been on fire.

The forward has 29 goals this season for Santos, with Palace and Everton both looking to sign a new striker.
The 22-year-old has been capped four times by Brazil at international level, scoring twice for his country. Gabriel has scored 87 career goals so far in his career.
Cenk Tosun looks set to leave Everton in January, with Gabriel his potential replacement at Goodison Park.
