Everton manager Marco Silva is demanding personality and character from his players as they look to bounce back from the 6-2 thrashing by Tottenham Hotspur, according to a report on Talksport.
The Toffees face Burnley later today and are currently on a dreadful run of form without a victory in their last five games.

They visit Turf Moor at an ideal time with Sean Dyche’s side severely struggling towards the bottom of the table.
However, Silva knows that Burnley will fight for everything and he wants to see a similar attitude from his players. He said:
It is clear for me we have to face it with work, with quality, with character, and personality as well to change the results.
It will be a very tough match, it is always a tough match to play there against Burnley and we have to be strong as a team to achieve a good result.
We have to show personality, we have to show character during the matchYou have to be strong against all (teams).
Our bad run wasn’t just against the top six, we had some games at home when you have the chance to get more points for us.
Everton are currently in 11th place but if results go their way, then they could move as high as 7th place after this round of fixtures.
