According to the Mirror, Everton are showing a real interest in Atalanta defender Gianluca Mancini.
The Italian Under-21 defender has impressed in Italy’s top division so far this season, helping his club to eighth in the standings after 19 fixtures.

Mancini, who made the move to Atalanta from Perugia in 2017, has made 30 appearances in two years, establishing himself as a regular during the current campaign.
Fellow Italian sides Inter Milan and Roma are thought to be keen on the highly rated centre-back, who will reportedly make a decision over his future in the summer.
Everton boss Marco Silva is keen to add to his defensive options in the next six months and is believed to be a keen admirer of Mancini, who has already found the back of the net four times this season.
The 22-year-old is set to be offered a contract extension by Atalanta, however, with teams across Europe showing interest in the defender, he may well decide to move on in the summer, potentially to Goodison Park.
