Everton have released training photos on Twitter that reveal that both Andre Gomes and Theo Walcott are back in training.
Both were doubtful for this weekend’s game against Burnley, with Gomes recovering from a long-term injury and Walcott having been stretchered off inside the first ten minutes against Manchester City on Saturday.
Gomes has missed Everton’s last three Premier League games through a rib injury, and his return to training in particular has delighted a number of fans.

Marco Silva will be desperate to get his club’s season back on track against the Clarets at Turf Moor, and having Gomes back will be a massive boost for him.
Silva also confirmed in his pre-match press conference that the duo will in fact be fit to feature against Burnley, with the Everton coach saying:
Several fans responded positively to his return on social media.

Gomes coming back into the fold will be so crucial for Silva’s immediate future, because with the midfielder in the squad, Everton are undoubtedly stronger.
Silva faces so much pressure going into this game and a win is the only acceptable result, so Gomes’ return will be a major bonus for him.
Hopefully the Portugal international is fit enough to start from the off, because it won’t be a cake walk at Turf Moor, and every advantage will be vital.
