Everton are in talks with French titans Paris Saint-Germain over sealing a permanent move for on-loan striker Moise Kean, according to Sky Sports.
PSG, who have just appointed former Spurs manager Mauricio Pochettino as their manager, want to start the new reign of the Argentine boss with the permanent procurement of Kean’s services.
20-year-old striker Kean hit the ground running for last year’s Champions League finalists and has already scored nine goals in 16 appearances in the Champions League and Ligue 1.
The Italian prospect failed to make a notable impact at Goodison Park since his £27.5 million 2019 move.
He scored just four times in almost 40 appearances for the Toffees, which saw himself falling down the Goodison Park pecking order to the likes of Dominic Calvert-Lewin.
Everton are reportedly willing to accept an offer that allows them to recoup the initial fee that Carlo Ancelotti’s side paid for their manager’s compatriot.
Playing alongside the likes of Neymar and Kylian Mbappe, Moise Kean told reporters last month that he feels PSG is an ideal place for him to learn.
“They are two of the greatest players in the world.
“I am very happy to play with them. I learn a lot from these leaders.”

The reported £31 million sum would enable a small profit to be made on a player that simply didn’t work out under Ancelotti.
He joined from Juventus with much anticipation, but at such a young age there is something bittersweet about Kean moving on.
He still clearly has a bright future ahead of him, and France may be the place to yield the best from him.
