With the summer transfer window underway, the right-back position looks to be an area in which Everton are consistently linked with reinforcements.
Following the appointment of experienced Spanish tactician Rafa Benitez to the dugout at Goodison Park, re-shaping the squad with fresh faces in line with his tactical setup is likely to be a priority.
As shared on Twitter by Everton fan podcast The Toffee Blues (@EvertonNewsFeed), a report from 90min has confirmed that Denzel Dumfries and Max Aarons are two priority targets for the Toffees as they look to bolster their right flank.

Both men have been linked with a move to the blue half of Merseyside in the past, with Dumfries being a name frequently touted as one for Everton fans to keep an eye on this window.
Dumfries excelled in an underperforming Dutch national side that ultimately came undone at the Round of 16 at the European Championship.
His late winner in the group stages against Ukraine in a 3-2 victory for Frank de Boer’s former side was a notable highlight in another energetic showing for the wing-back, who excelled as part of a back five.
With a reported release clause of just €15million, competition for his signature could be fierce with Everton believed to be in talks.
Everton are also reportedly in talks for Max Aarons.
The Norwich City right-back could re-unite with former teammate Ben Godfrey, with both defenders starring for Norwich in their 2019/20 Premier League campaign.
Aarons was previously courted by Barcelona, though a move never materialised.

With Jonjoe Kenny an unwanted figure at the club and Seamus Coleman ageing, bringing in a young and promising right-back is a priority for the Toffees.
Both targets have proven experience in elite competitions and have attracted interest from European giants as a result.
In that view, Everton would do well to enter the race for their signatures early, capitalising as first-movers in a fast-paced market.
